Start with small doses such as 1/4-1/2 tsp and if you see no side effects then increase the dose gradually to 1 tsp 2-3 times a day over a few weeks. it is best taken with food to avoid acid reflux. avoid taking it at the same time when you take meds. 1 cup turmeric milk or turmeric tea daily can help with pain relief in arthritis.. I prefer cider vinegar for dills, distilled for sweet pickles. either works fine, just my preference. for the pickles, to each quart jar add 1 grape leaf, several cloves of garlic- whole or cut into pieces, dill… lots of dill heads and dill weed, scant 1/8 tsp alum and 1/2 teaspoon or more of chopped dried peppers.. Google says 1 tbsp (3 tsp) of table salt equals 17 grams. i imagine pink salt would not be much different. i don’t use grams when i cook though so no guarantees on the precision here. that said, i don’t think a 5-10% difference will make much difference in the final product..
Wonderful bread. i made a pumpkin bread recipe the other day and incorporated from that 1/2 tsp. allspice and 1/4 tsp. cloves to give this one a little more kick. smelled wonderful baking and tasted great too. mad a spread with cream cheese, honey and cinnamon to spread on this.. Well we like it but sadie anne isn’t going for it at every meal. at first we started with 1/8 tsp. each meal, we are trying 1/4 tsp. each meal. but we will continue giving it to her and see where it takes us. it has improved her breathe and stools. she just loves people food which was a big mistake we started almost 4 years ago..
